Safari Explorer Tour
Perfect for first-time visitors, this tour offers a guided journey outside of the enclosures, where you’ll learn fascinating facts about our animals.
What’s Included:
Duration: Approx. 40 min to 1 hour
Guided tour outside the enclosures.
Educational commentary from our knowledgeable zookeepers.
Animal Interaction: Add a $5 feeding tray to hand-feed deer, squirrels, and birds through the wire enclosures
Restrictions: This tour does not include entering animal enclosures or holding baby animals unless added on for an additional charge.
Who It’s For:
Visitors looking for a quick and fun educational experience that’s family-friendly and budget-friendly. All ages welcome — kids 3 and under are free. Groups up to 15.
Safari ENCLOSURE EXPERIENCE
A more immersive tour taking you inside
select animal enclosures for a more up-close and personal experience.
What’s Included:
Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours
Guided tour with access to select enclosures for up-close interactions.
Meet baby emu, baby goat, ducks, baby muntjac deer, and our Cape Barren goose inside the enclosure.
Animal Interaction: Hand-feed our livestock, then feed our tortoises and pig.
Restrictions: Cuddling and holding baby animals is reserved for the Ultimate Experience.
Who It’s For:
Families, couples, or small groups seeking a more intimate experience with a variety of animals. Best suited for ages 8-10 and up. Groups up to 10-12.
Safari ULTIMATE Experience
This private, exclusive experience
allows you to interact with the sanctuary’s
most adorable residents.
What’s Included:
Duration: Approx. 2 to 2.5 hours
Private tour led by a senior zookeeper.
Exclusive behind-the-scenes access to enclosures and care areas.
Animal Interaction:
Hold & cuddle with our baby animals.
Feed lemurs, porcupines, sloth, birds, tortoises and kinkajous up close and you’ll also be able to feed the kangaroos through the wire enclosures.
Personalized photo opportunities with animals.

The ultimate tour for wildlife enthusiasts! Ideal for special occasions or as a luxury treat. Recommended for ages 10+. Groups up to 10-12.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable outdoor clothes and closed-toe shoes. Be prepared for walking on uneven terrain, grass, and occasional mud.Q: Can I bring food or drinks?
A: Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages to enjoy in our designated picnic areas. Catering options will be available soon.Q: Is the tour suitable for children?
A: Absolutely! We offer family-friendly tours with interactive activities, including pony rides and kid-focused events. Children under 2 are free!Q: Are there restrooms on-site?
A: Yes, we have clean and convenient restrooms available for all guests. -
Tours are held rain or shine, so please plan accordingly. You may cancel or reschedule your tour up to 3 business days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
In the event of severe weather conditions (such as thunderstorms or lightning), we will contact you to reschedule your visit for everyone's safety. -
If you have a peanut or tree nut allergy, we strongly advise not attending. Many of our animals are on a nut-based diet, and while we do our best to maintain a clean environment, we cannot guarantee a nut-free experience. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.

Yes! Children are welcome with supervision. Inappropriate behavior toward animals — like throwing rocks or teasing — will result in the tour ending without a refund. Guests must be 10+ years old to enter animal enclosures.

It depends on the tour you book!
Our Explorer Tour includes feeding goats only.
Our Enclosure Experience allows hand-feeding of multiple animals like kangaroos, tortoises, and exotic birds.
Our VIP Safari Experience includes exclusive interactions with baby animals like lemurs, monkeys, and kangaroos.
All animal interactions are at the animal’s discretion. We cannot guarantee feeding or holding if the animal is not willing to participate.
